Hi, I’m Lien, a Holistic Counselor, Soulologist, Educational Pedagogical Coach and Kundalini Bodywork Practitioner, co-founder of the company Emerald Counseling  (www.emeraldcounseling.ch) based in Lugano, Switzerland.

Speaking to souls and spirits has been a natural constant in my life since I was a little girl. It has then become my endeavour to learn how to use these gifts in a way to help other people on their life journeys. For this reason, I specialised in various techniques that can help you uncover your life purpose and embark on the path that will enable you to reconnect with your inner truth. 

Through individual sessions of Life Coaching & Counseling and group workshops, integrating Energy work and Soulology, I can support you in finding your inner balance by liberating yourself from the conditionings that limit you from living the life your heart desires. By understanding the power of archetypal patterns and how to free yourself from them you can become the author of your life story. 

Choosing pleasure over pain can sometimes be a challenging journey that can however bring the most satisfying transformations and deepest healing. Practising Kundalini Bodywork can become your gateway to inviting more pleasure into your body and thus into your life. This will support the healing of your body, mind and soul, making your body a safe and joyful home to your soul.
